Although, behind layers of muscle and strength, horses are full of a gentle love for those they dare to trust. It’s also believed that horses can help people control their emotions and desires.
I often wonder where I would be without my horses.

Ru is doing well as I’ve been getting him back into work. O and Astro are still out with injuries, but Ru seems to be enjoying the process of remembering how to find balance, move off my leg, maintain contact with the bit, and settle into a nice rhythm. It’s an elastic and dynamic process for both of us, but when we give each other the best parts of us, we get to have a nice ride. 🏇
