this is what happens when you want to take a good selfie, but you have to try really hard to get one that doesn't show your soul crushing depression too much. ๐ญ๐คฃ I had a reeeeally bad day and a reeeeeeeally bad night yesterday, so today I hope to get some self care in. I don't really know how to actually *do* self care, so... first I'll be trying to figure that out. ๐ I need a break from the fatigue that accompanies constant paranoia and self loathing. soooOOoOOoO... wish me luck! ๐ค๐ [and an extra note to those of you who are always so kind and supportive to me even when battling your own mental health demons: I am SO happy that you find the strength to keep existing. ๐ฉท being a human is an exhausting experience and I'm SO proud of you for continuing to get through each day!!! ๐ฅฐ]
