I’m putting this all here for now, I understand if it’s not everyone’s interest, so if that’s the case, just scroll on by. But this is the deeper side of me on here and I’d like for it to be that even more so moving forward, so imma place it here. Thanks always for your patience and support, I am relieved to know that this isn’t in my mind only and that there’s real reasons for my chronic pain. Targeting this will hopefully help me be able to physically model more and allow my body to do what i train it for. ❤️
