no new set this weekend - i'm in pain ๐ฅฒ tldr: a month ago i had issues with my shoulder, they got worse. i have hypermobility and there's something wrong with the vertebrae in my neck. my neck, shoulder, elbow and hand hurt/ tingle/ twitch/ go completely numb. i start physical therapy next tuesday ๐ซ long explanation: i have some days where the pain/ numbness is moderate but the last few days these times were rare. my physical therapists is really good so i'm pretty sure he can help me elevate some pain rather quickly (or so i really hope). hypermobility is constant work on different parts of the body bc everything is kinda misaligned and causes issues in different places. I WILL BE OKAY!! and i'm sure i can post a new set next week but this week was really busy which most likely made my issues worse too. i'm sorry for not posting this weekend, i hope you understand ๐ฅบ thank you all for the support and i hope i can "entertain" (๐) you with a new set next week ๐
