Hello ๐ฅฐ Too many events have been happening recently. Of course, I have been "AFK'-ing for a while.. But, i have been trying to get myself back up and .. Yes I believe, everything requires from the first step out. I will be working harder to overcome this and slowly get everything up by next week. Really appreciate that those are giving me time to get myself back together ๐ฅฐ But honestly, one of the biggest set back is actually the after effect of getting the corticosteroids. And yes, I needed some time alone because I wasnt thinking straight. ๐ญ
Which yes, one very shitty thing is, my weight gain and even after controlling myself in terms of my food intake. Most of you all know that I am very low in self esteem so when it happened to me, its really a big setback. ๐๐
At the same time, my fam's business are giving me some headaches and I had to deal with an over 40k's case and at the same time, taking over some shift work and more paper work handling.
During my "MIA" I am actually more towards, trying to complete everything I have to so that I dont have to handle all the pressure on me, which I still have appointments and meetings to go for now ๐ And yes, sch started for me as well ๐ญ
So this few days, I will be lower in chats, and trying to ensure things are done to my capability. Before the weekends I will be fully back again ๐ (My promise) At the same time, I have to ensure that I dont give up on my gyms and as well as my diet ๐ Man I am like so far away from my goal again.
If you know me better you would know actually, I have been having rashes after some jabs and all, actually up till now, I am still having various issues including my ankle sprain๐๐
All I know its after going through all these it would make me stronger ๐๐ Once again thank you for continuously providing me with all the care and guidance ๐ฅฐ
Next post I would update regarding my next move on OF ๐ฅฐ
