There are 3 different types of bay shades: A bay horse has a brown body with defining black shading on their legs, mane and tail. You’ll see quite a few variations of this beautiful coat color! A dark bay can have an almost black body, while a “🩸bay” refers to a brighter shade of red-brown. Bay horses, like any other coat color, can also have white markings on their lower legs or face! Smokey is my Dark Bay Boy 🖤

Horses can be spotted, have patches of color, or be one main color with different colors on their face or legs. Each of these horse colors has a unique name. Like dogs, the breed of the horse will influence their color 😊

Being in the outdoors and around animals all day makes me SO happy! 🐖🐄🤎 Growing up on the farm, I was taught many things at an early age.. like: raising food, working hard, communication, caring for others and much more! Each season brings something new. Being able to enjoy the seasons, including harvest time, provides special memories to everyone! ☺️

They are very tame and gentle.They are also easier to manage in everyday life than some donkeys simply because they are smaller! They live for about 25-30 years.. so you can say they are part of the family 😉
